In this article, the dynamical behavior of a standing cantilever pipe conveying fluid is investigated with time − delay. By applying piezoelectric materials and considering delay voltage, motion equation built motion-limiting constraints elastic support. The discretized into ordinary differential equations by Galerkin method.
